15–30 days before departure

Important Notes

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to cancellations@travelandia.com.
Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days after approval.
Travel insurance claims are handled separately by the insurance provider.
Non-refundable deposits and third-party fees (e.g., airline tickets) may not be covered.
In case of force majeure events, special arrangements may be made at our discretion.
Group bookings may have different cancellation terms as specified in the group contract.
