2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with full payment due 30 days before departure. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
3. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, and any required health documentation. Travelandia provides visa assistance but does not guarantee visa approval.
4. Liability
Travelandia acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not liable for acts or omissions of airlines, hotels, or other third-party providers.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Travelandia is not responsible for any losses, expenses, or damages arising from events beyond our control.
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Alternative arrangements of equal or higher value will be provided when possible.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration before resorting to litigation.
